Need Help With Facebook Page...

My new facebook page can't have its custom username until it has more than 100 fans. I don't normally ask for things like this, but I only have 72 fans and is not letting me create a username. If you guys have a facebook accout and is not too much trouble would you help me by becoming a fan. You can do so here. Thanks in advance. :)

Almost everybody has a MySpace account and/or Flickr so there shouldn't be any problems accessing my work. There is more flexibility when it comes to Mature material at Flickr and along with MySpace it gives me the exposure I need.

P.S. I have opened a group ANP Nudes at Flickr.com to help those who want to showcase their MATURE work, but continue to have their work deleted. I am just offering a place where their work can exist legally without causing harm.

I know, it has been... It's all good. How are things going for you, btw? Oh I just downloaded your Flash-folio thing to play a bit with it on Flash. Though I have something similar on somargraphics.com I would rather use yours and credit you if I could. How hard would it be to dynamically update yours from an account on Flickr or even DeviantART, is it even possible? If so how much would you charge for helping me set that up?

Ok Ty, I will stop bombarding questions for now, but shoot me a note if you have the answer to any, take care and thanks again.

I've never really looked into Flickr feeds, but if you could get it to dynamically create an XML sheet then i'm sure that would work. Chuck us a drink and i'll help you connect the two.

Oh, sorry :shrug: I don't think I explained myself well, I will be leaving DA as a submitting artist I guess, I will still be around ya know. There is art I still like to come see. I just don't want to have my work displayed here. I think this part was on the original message though: "I will still be reachable here in case you have any questions about this move..."

Ah but won't this in effect sort of be the same as what the people you are complaining about be? There are actually honestly many people who signup who are not artistic but like to view art and favourite it. Sure there will be some who only prefer a certain genre over another. I actually receive to help@ on a daily basis many people asking if it is ok to have an account where they do not submit art but just favourite art and so on.

You will like the Milk Frogs, they are very friendly. :) Be sure to wash your hands after touching these types of frogs btw, one can cause a skin itch and the other the runs. :>

I see were you're coming from, but there are two kinds of people that have empty accounts:

Those who create an account then post nothing, say/comment nothing, then all you see in their favorites or collection are works that clearly violate old or new DA policies.

Or

Those who open/keep an account to appreciate art (even if it is a specific genre), support the community by commenting and posting resources, or simply keep up with their friends (just like we are doing now right?).

I like to think I a the latter :). So you see there is more than what meets the eye when it come to that subject, but I guess I should just write about it to in my journal. Something for a different time.


I read that you shouldn't play much with them though they are stressed very easily is that true; I mean, it makes total sense, but from someone who has them...?

People say that to every frog, ones you should never pickup no matter what is a dart frog, as those BREAK far too easy. The whole no picking up frog rule mainly comes from the fact that their skins are very porous so therefore they can absorb bad things from your hands. So general rule is wash your hands before putting your hands in and wash after you take them out of the tank.

Milk Tree Frogs, at least mine just jump on me and will sit there for a good long time if i let them, one time another frog of mine (white's tree frog) just jumped on to my hand crawled up my arm ever so slowly and then nuzzled up against my neck and just chilled there while i did maintenance on their vivarium.

Will you be going with an all natural setup?

Hahaha, that is just too funny. I wish the Puerto Rican Coqui was a frog I could have as a pet, but they are extremelly sensitive. The species discovered recently "Coquí Llanero (Eleutherodactylus juanriveoi)" is actually from my same hometown.

Yes, I will try to have the most natural setup I am not a fan of takin animals out of their habitat so I will make it as easy as possible to them.
